You live at a favourable starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions into the enchanting mountain world of the Dolomites. In winter, skiers and snowboarders will be particularly impressed by the "Helm Drei Zinnen" ski area, just 2 kilometres away. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts can set off directly from the house on the well-groomed trails of the entire Alta Pusteria.

The single room surcharge is + 25%.

- Children are welcome to choose from the children's menu or the half-board menu.
- If at least two children up to the age of 14 occupy a room alone, we grant a 30% discount on the normal price.
We grant -20% discount on the 3rd and 4th adult from 15 years in the room.
PETS
You are welcome to bring your dog with you (surcharge € 20,- per night without food). We accept dogs in certain rooms in the Defregger or Egger-Lienz category. Your dog is allowed in the Stube1399.
CANCELLATIONS
... can always occur. Please inform us as early as possible. The following cancellation fees apply: from 14 - 8 days before arrival 40%, from 7 - 2 days before arrival 80%, in case of no-show or early departure 100%. Otherwise the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
